牙周病的多学科联合诊疗思维
课程简介：口腔多学科协作诊疗（Oral Multi-Disciplinary Treatment, OMDT）是口腔医学近年来日益受到业内关注的重要学科发展内容，为复杂疑难口腔疾病提供了新的诊疗策略，是口腔医学发展的必然趋势。对于复杂病例而言，单一治疗手段已经无法完全彻底地治愈患者的口腔疾病。构建规范、成熟、完善的OMDT体系是对传统口腔诊疗模式的有效补充，将有助于提高我国口腔医疗的整体水平。牙周病的发生与进展常常引起或伴随着口腔其他专科疾病，因此，牙周病需要其他学科联合治疗，同时牙周学科亦能为其他学科做出贡献。以牙周学科为中心的OMDT是基于牙周与各学科均有广泛的联系，尤其与牙体牙髓、正畸、修复、种植等专业更为紧密。牙周诊疗思维的创建有助于协助学生及口腔临床医师建立多学科联合治疗的大局观，同时也能保障整个治疗的安全、避免诊疗过程中的牙周风险。
