医用生物化学
课程简介：生物化学是生命科学的前沿学科，也是医科各专业本科生重要的专业基础课和必修课，其主要研究内容包括：生物大分子的结构与功能，生物体的新陈代谢及其调节，遗传信息的贮存、传递、表达及调控，肝脏生物化学等。随着现代医学的发展，从分子水平探讨各种疾病发生发展的机制，已成为当代医学研究的共同目标。因此，生物化学与分子生物学也将给临床疾病的诊断和治疗带来全新的理念。 本课程为湖北省线上线下混合式一流课程，课程主讲教师为三峡大学教学名师，课程内容不仅有微视频、课件、还有生物化学歌曲、测试题、讨论题等。教师授课时不仅讲授生物化学基础知识，还引导学生深入分析和思考与临床疾病相关的生物化学原理、药物设计靶点、或与日常生活有关的各种生物化学现象和原理，为后续其他课程的学习奠定了良好的基础。
