课程简介：食品安全是营养与食品卫生学中的一个重要组成部分。属于预防医学领域。食品安全学主要研究食品中可能存在的各种危害人体健康的因素，食品的安全问题和食源性疾病及相关的预防措施，通过学习提高学习者食品安全意识，监督食品安全，保护消费者的健康。为学生今后从事公共卫生工作打下良好基础。
