课程简介：医院管理学包括医疗、组织、人事等的相关管理，也包括医院各类物资、信息、财务等的后勤管理。现阶段医院的后勤管理已经从以往的一项普通业务工作逐步发展成为一门理论性和实用性相结合的学科。一所医院后勤管理水平的好坏可以直接影响到医院的医疗水平和医院的经济效益。 《医院后勤管理》课程重点讲授后勤管理最为相关的各类物资管理，包括设备管理、建筑管理、信息管理、药事管理等。也侧重介绍医院文化、医院技术评估等相关内容。
