生物化学
课程简介：生物化学(医学）是研究生命化学的科学，是它在分子水平探讨生命的本质，即研究生物体的分子结构与功能、物质代谢与调节及其在生命活动中的作用。医学生物化学是医学生必修的基础医学课程，为学习其它基础医学和临床医学课程、在分子水平上认识病因和发病机理、诊断和防止疾病奠定扎实的基础。主要讲授的内容有： 一.生物大分子结构与功能，包括蛋白质、核酸、酶和聚糖等 。二.物质代谢及其调节，包括糖代谢、 脂类代谢、氨基酸代谢和和核苷酸代谢等。 三.医学生化专题部分，包括血液的生物化学，肝的生物化学及癌基因与抑癌基因等。 这门课程适用的对象是： 临床医学，中医学、口腔医学、药学、护理、影像医学等专业学生和医学爱好者。
