医学统计学
课程简介：本课程内容主要针对医学和预防医学专业学生，同时也适合各类医疗卫生单位的科研工作者。课程内容包括医学统计学的基本原理和方法：1）统计学的基本概念，常用概率分布和抽样分布，参数估计和假设检验；2）研究设计，包括实验设计和调查设计；3）各种不同类型资料的常用统计分析方法，如完全随机设计资料的t检验，方差分析、秩和检验，卡方检验，配对及区组设计资料的检验，关联性资料的相关回归分析，生存资料分析等，以及应用STATA和R语言实现这些资料的分析。
