课程简介：犯罪是人类社会特有的现象。本课程借助犯罪学科话语平台，以犯罪现象为考察起点，以犯罪行为与犯罪人为边际维度，解读犯罪的形成原因，理性分析防控犯罪的对应之策，并以恐怖活动犯罪、黑社会性质组织犯罪为样本，提出了有针对性的建议。
