继承法
课程简介：继承是人类社会特有的遗产转移方式，经历了由古代向近现代的转变，实现了由身份继承向财产继承的转变，完成了由男尊女卑的继承模式向男女平等继承模式的转变。继承作为历史范畴，将与人类社会相始终。 继承法是调整继承关系的法律规范。从初民社会的血族继承到封建社会的宗亲继承，再到现当代社会的近亲属继承，演绎着继承制度由身份向人格的位移。从男性优于女性的继承立法到男女两性平等的继承立法，彰显着继承制度由性别排挤向性别平等的努力。从《中华人民共和国继承法》的制定到《中华人民共和国民法典·继承编》的编纂，承载着特定历史背景下继承法的价值追求与道德判断，孕育着体系建构的温床与制度改革的基础。正所谓：“法制者，道德之显尔；道德者，法制之隐尔”。
