课程简介：本课程运用通俗的语言和简明的线索，引领学习者正确认识中国司法制度的独特性，全面看待司法改革举措的合理性，准确理解司法改革过程中的重点和难点，培养“大胆假设、小心求证”的创新性思维能力，锻炼运用法律实践理性的思维方法。同时对参加法学相关专业的研究生入学考试、公务员考试和法律职业资格考试的考生能起到知识储备辅助作用。
