课程简介：《创业法学》将创业教育和法学教育有机融合，它以鼓励创新、指导创业、培养创业为目标，以创业为线索，根据创业过程来设定教学内容，着眼于大学生法治观念的提升以及框架性、方向性掌握，强调法律知识之于创业活动的针对性和应对性，为大学生创业过程出现的问题与风险，提供有针对性的法律指引和支持。
