课程简介：通过西方文学历史上重要的女性文学,介绍女作家的性别身份如何对其作品的语言、形象、题材、情节、象征等方面产生影响，并借助这种认识探讨女性意识，更新僵化的传统性别形象。在认识性别差异（包括生理、心理和社会层面的）的基础上提倡两性平等，帮助学生形成良好的性别意识，鼓励学生的自我成长。
