课程简介：随着经济全球化的深入和我国社会主义市场经济的蓬勃发展，我国的国际经济法理论研究已经迈上了新台阶。日益活跃的涉外经济活动对法律人才提出了更高的素质要求，党中央提出了培养出既熟知国内法律规则，又通晓国际经贸法律规则的人才的要求。为此，提升国际经济法课程的教学水平势在必行。
