课程简介：本课程共10章内容,全部视频均配有英文字幕。主要包括“绪论”和九种“大田作物”：小麦、水稻、玉米、马铃薯、棉花、油菜、大豆、谷子和高粱；包括作物种类较多。其在线教学内容为66讲，内容以不同区域自然资源及农作物生产特点为基础、理论知识和实践技能并重、传统技术与现代理论相结合，突出知识和技能的应用能力培养。
