课程简介：《蔬菜栽培学》是研究蔬菜作物的生长发育和产品形成规律及其与环境条件的相互关系的一门学科，在此基础上，探讨实现蔬菜持续高产、优质、高效的栽培理论的可能途径及有效的栽培技术措施。这门课程包括蔬菜栽培原理、蔬菜栽培技术基础、瓜类蔬菜、茄果类蔬菜、白菜类蔬菜、根菜类蔬菜、葱蒜类蔬菜、豆类蔬菜、绿叶菜类蔬菜、薯芋类蔬菜及其他蔬菜的内容，是园艺专业的主干专业课之一。
