课程简介：本课程以普及金鱼、锦鲤、热带鱼等观赏鱼类的文化历史、品种鉴赏和水族造景等方面为主旨的通识课程。课程从水产养殖学的基本理论出发，结合文化历史、艺术设计、管理销售等方面知识，并通过大量实拍视频和深入浅出的授课使学生能够对观赏鱼类的品种鉴赏能力、养殖技术和管理能力得到提高。
