牧草及饲料作物栽培学
课程简介：《牧草及饲料作物栽培学》是研究饲草栽培理论与技术，加工调制与经营组织的一门科学，是一门实践性很强的学科，不仅直接服务于畜牧业，而且广泛应用于农业和生态保护。该课程于2008年获评四川省级精品课程，为草业科学本科专业设立的一门核心专业课，也是动物科学、水产等相关专业的推荐选修课，辐射面广。其任务是运用现代生物科学及农业科学技术，揭示牧草及饲料作物在各种丰产技术条件综合作用下的生长发育规律，为畜牧业生产提供高产、优质的牧草饲料，并通过科学的加工调制，提高饲草营养的保存率。同时，通过草田轮作、禾豆间套混种可为农业结构调整及农业的可持续发展做出贡献；通过退耕还草及种草植树治理水土流失达到美化和保护生态环境的目的。该课程是草地农业系统的重要组成部分，不仅与十八大提出的“五位一体”建设服务，也与习近平总书记提出的“山水林田湖草”是生命共同体的论断相契合。
