课程简介：本门课程学习了解大自然不同生态环境中生长的形形色色的蘑菇，了解蘑菇与人类生活的关系，药用蘑菇、食用蘑菇、毒蘑菇的认识与鉴别基础知识，误食毒蘑菇后常见的表现症状、应该采取的措施与治疗原则，蘑菇其它用途与开发利用价值如在环境污染治理、包装材料、艺术观赏、新型能源开发等方面进行介绍。
