园艺植物栽培学总论
课程简介：《园艺植物栽培学总论》为园艺专业必修的核心课，是学习果树、蔬菜和观赏园艺各论的前置课程。本课程将果树、蔬菜和观赏园艺共性的基本理论、基本原理和基本技能等有机融合，课程讲述了园艺的概念，园艺植物的分类、生长发育规律、环境条件的影响、繁殖、园地选择与建园、土肥水管理、生长发育的调控和采收与商品化处理等，通过课程设置的横向综合学习，让受众进一步认识和了解园艺。
