生物化学与分子生物学
课程简介：《生物化学与分子生物学》是研究生命的化学，是在分子水平探讨生命的本质，研究生物体结构与功能,物质代谢与调节,以及遗传信息传递的分子基础与调控规律。由于生物化学与分子生物学的发展，生物化学已经渗透到生命学科的各个领域，并成为生命科学领域的前沿学科。本课程的教学主要介绍蛋白质、核酸及酶的结构与功能（包括维生素），糖、脂、氨基酸、核苷酸代谢及调节，物质代谢的联系与调节，肝脏、红细胞的代谢特点及生理意义，遗传信息传递的分子基础，基因表达调控，基因工程的基本过程，分子生物学常用技术以及细胞信号传导的基本途径，基因诊断与基因治疗的基本概念。
