基因工程综合实验
课程简介：精要概述实验原理与方法，系统演示操作流程与要点，深入解读实验结果与现象。课程定位于“整体性、系统性与示范性为一体”，围绕“基因”这一主题，阐述与演示靶基因的获取，基因重组与筛选，在宿主中的表达，以及蛋白纯化等实验过程，让学习者熟悉生命科学研究的过程。课程配套有“十一五”国家级规划教材《基因工程实验指导》；高等学校“十四五”生命科学规划新形态教材《基因工程》。此外，还建有《基因工程》MOOC课程相配合。
