细胞与显微技术实验
课程简介：《细胞与显微技术实验》是以细胞显微结构的观察为主要内容的实验课程。内容包括各种显微镜的使用、显微制片技术、细胞器的分离、细胞染色、免疫组化等实验。本课程可作为开设高级细胞生物学实验之前的入门课程，着重培养学生的规范操作及实验习惯的养成，可满足国内不同层次高校的教学需求。
