人体科学
课程简介：人体是迄今为止地球上最高级和最复杂的生物体，现今的人类，已经成了地球的主宰，不断创造文明，书写历史，并在与环境的互动中影响着整个自然界。然而，作为人类群体的成员，除医学专业人员外，真正能够了解自身，了解我们正常生命活动的内在规律与机制，了解我们日常生活和工作的所需与所能的人，还是少数，因而导致大部分人缺乏对健康的科学认知与自我把控。本教材深入浅出的讲解人体的基本知识，目的是提供一门简明易懂，贴近生活的通识课程，旨在让更多的人了解自我，从而能科学地安排日常的生活、学习与工作，懂得关爱自己，也懂得理解与关爱他人。
