课程简介：课程主要讲述对人类健康和安全有潜在威胁的各种无机、有机和生物活性物质的识别和定量分析，包括核酸、重金属、有机小分子等的识别、信号放大、定量分析的理论和应用，同时涉及先进的分析仪器设备。重点介绍现代前沿核酸快检技术、高通量测序技术在分子诊断、食品安全检测、动植物疫病监测等领域的应用。学生在掌握生化分析基本理论知识的基础上，拓展生命科学与技术相关知识，了解生命安全与分析的重要性，联系实际生活和专业前沿，培养科学理性思维能力。
