课程简介：本课程是国家线上线下混合式一流本科课程（2023年）、福建省线上线下混合式一流本科课程（2020年）、福建省精品课程（2006年），“生物化学网络课程”获第八届全国多媒体教育软件大奖赛高等教育和职业网上课程三等奖（2004年）。生物化学是应用化学与分子生物学的基本理论和方法研究生命现象的科学，其特点是在分子水平上探讨生命现象的本质。本课程主要涵盖三个板块的内容，一是静态生物化学，包括糖、脂肪、蛋白质、酶、核酸、激素等生命物质的化学结构、性质及功能；二是动态生物化学，包括糖、脂肪、蛋白质和核酸等生命物质的代谢；三是细胞信号的转导，包括核酸的复制、转录和翻译，以及基因工程等。
