橡胶工艺学
课程简介：《橡胶工艺学》课程是青岛科技大学国家一流专业高分子材料与工程专业的核心课程，该课程也是国家一流本科课程。课程涵盖面宽，既强调基础理论又重视实践。课程内容分为三部分：（1）橡胶工业常用原材料：包括生胶、硫化体系、补强填充体系、防护体系、增塑体系等配合体系；（2）橡胶基本加工工艺：包括塑炼、混炼、压延、挤出和硫化工艺；（3）橡胶行业的环保要求。 通过本课程的学习，使学生掌握橡胶原材料的结构与性能特点、常规配合体系的特点与配合原理，橡胶基本加工工艺原理及质量控制方法。学生能够自主地进行原材料的选择、进行配方设计，并采取合适的工艺，制造出半成品和成品，并能进行产品性能的预测，为今后从事橡胶制品的配方设计、工艺改进和性能提高奠定理论基础。
