课程简介：“健康中国2030规划纲要”、“食品安全2035战略规划纲要”，国家已将食品营养、食品安全和健康提到国家战略高度，并成为推进“健康中国”建设宏伟蓝图的行动纲领。而针对食品中的矿物质、糖、蛋白质、维生素等各类营养元素，食品风味，食品添加剂以及食品毒害物质等的分析检测，就是我们监测和管控食品营养、食品安全和健康的“眼睛”，《食品分析》这门课将带领大家，学习和掌握食品营养、食品安全和健康相关的各类分析检测方法，提高分析问题和解决问题的能力，为实现“健康中国”保驾护航。
