课程简介：我国的葡萄酒历史文化源远流长，早在张骞出使西域之前就已经开始。考古发现，中国可能是世界上最早采用葡萄酿酒的国家。本课程旨在普及推广葡萄酒文化，提升葡萄酒文化知识素养，让更多人了解葡萄酒、认识葡萄酒、欣赏葡萄酒。课程内容兼顾专业性和科普性，系统介绍了葡萄酒酿造基本知识、品鉴基本知识和方法、中国葡萄酒产区、世界葡萄酒产区、葡萄酒搭配、餐桌礼仪、侍酒等内容，可满足葡萄酒从业者（包括销售人员、服务人员、管理人员、技术人员等）对葡萄酒鉴赏与侍酒礼仪的普遍需求。
