课程简介：本课程2010、2013年分别获得国家级精品课程和国家精品资源共享课称号。2023年获得国家混合式线上线下一流课程。课程负责人李校堃教授三十余年来专注于重组蛋白药物的基础及创新药物研究，积累了丰富的生物药物理论研究和开发经验。本课程以医药生物技术为基础，系统介绍生物技术药物的研究、开发和制造方法，反映了生物技术制药领域的新进展。
