课程简介：本课程为国家级一流本科课程，课程以王化成、刘俊彦、荆新主编的中国人民大学会计系列教材《财务管理学（第9版 立体化数字教材版）》（中国人民大学出版社）为指定教材，同时参照荆新、王化成、刘俊彦主编《财务管理学（第8版）》（中国人民大学出版社），刘淑莲主编《财务管理（第6版）》（东北财经大学出版社）以及竺素娥、曾爱民主编《财务管理（第二版）》（东北财经大学出版社）。该课程的授课内容基本涵盖中级会计考试的《财务管理》内容，也涵盖CPA《财务成本管理》中的财务管理部分内容。
