课程简介：当核电站核泄露、重大自然灾害、群体性突发事件、公共卫生突发事件和社区突发事件等发生时，我们分别应该如何认识这些危机、如何面对这些危机？政府和社会公众该如何处置、救援、自救和参与？《公共事务应急管理及案例分析》在介绍危机和应急管理基本理论的基础上，结合五个典型案例进行分析，从应急预案、危机公关、应急教育和应急演练、心理应对的策略与方法等技术操作的角度，对公共事务应急管理的理论、案例和技术等三大模块内容展开详细介绍与讨论，让我们不断探索，共同学习，持续提高应急管理意识与能力。
