公共财政管理
课程简介：公共财政管理是财政学本科专业的一门必修课程。在学生系统学习了财政学、政府预算、中国财税史、财政支出学等课程的基础上，本课程将财政基本理论与财政运行实践紧密结合起来，借助于政府会计、政府预算、中期预算、财政绩效评价等财政管理工具，通过对财政运行过程的决策、计划、组织协调、监督、控制，规避和控制财政风险，实现财政稳健运行，公共品有效提供和财政整体绩效提高。 本课程以财政学、管理学、财政绩效评价、政府预算等基础理论为基础，紧密结合财政实践，着眼于运用财政基本理论和基本技能，观察、分析、解决现实财政运行中的问题，具有较强的综合性，能够培养学生财政管理的实际工作能力。
