地方财政学
课程简介：1999年，在钟晓敏教授的带领下，浙江财经大学正式开设地方财政学课程并编写《地方财政学》教材。 2001年，《地方财政学》作为面向21世纪教材，由中国人民大学出版社出版；2014年获“十二五”普通高等教育科国家级规划教材（第三版）；2017年获浙江省普通高校“十三五”新形态教材建设（第四版）；2024年入选普通本科高校“十四五” 重点教材建设项目（第五版），获浙江省普通本科高校“十四五”规划教材。 和教材建设齐头并进，2017年地方财政学课程在“浙江省高等学校在线开放课程共享平台”上线运行，目前累计运行15期次。2021年，课程入选浙江省省级一流本科课程和浙江省高等学校课程思政示范课程建设项目。
