课程简介：本课程的开设旨在通过对旅游经济活动的运行及其运行过程中产生的经济现象、经济关系的研究，揭示支配旅游经济运行的规律，以有效地指导旅游实际工作，促进旅游经济的协调、稳定、持续的发展，使旅游业获得更大的经济效益与社会效益。通过本课程的学习，可使学生理解和掌握旅游经济活动运行中各个主要环节及其相互关系，主要包括旅游经济活动的产生与发展、旅游产品与开发、旅游需求与供给、旅游消费、旅游产业结构和产业政策、旅游经济发展模式与发展趋势等。
