课程简介：本门课程《资产评估学》作为资产评估学的入门课程，主要内容包含：第一，资产的概念特点和价值类型；第二，资产评估的三种方法及其在机器设备评估、房地产评估、无形资产评估、企业价值评估中的应用；第三，资产评估报告编制的一般方法。本课程旨在为高年级本科生打下扎实的资产评估知识基础，将宏观经济分析视野和会计、财务分析等微观技术与方法有机结合在资产评估的运用当中。
