信托与租赁
课程简介：信托与融资租赁具有独特的法律特征和契约形式，同时又与银行、保险、证券、基金内容紧密交叉，信托和融资租赁本身就是综合性的平台，几乎每类业务都不可避免地与其他金融机构紧密相关。 教学单元内容与教材体系一致，信托各章节既有按照委托人身份的划分，也有按照投资对象的划分。为便于对行业框架形成清晰的认识，知识图谱中按照资产管理、资产服务、公益慈善三分类新规重构信托业务，清晰展示业务之间的关联，突显信托的独特性；同时增加了信托、融资租赁与绿色金融、科技金融、养老金融、数字金融、普惠金融的紧密联系，最后是信托与融资租赁的监管。
