中国土地制度
课程简介：目前专门为大学生和实践从业者讲解新中国成立以来土地制度的变迁过程、热点问题及理论分析的课程还比较少，大多“散落”在土地资源管理专业的相关课程中。《中国土地制度》这门课正是为了回应学习者对系统了解中国土地制度的需求而开设的。本课程主要围绕土地产权、土地规划、土地市场和耕地保护四类制度进行系统性介绍。同时，将土地制度放在经济社会发展的全局中，放在特有资源国情下，放在制度改革进程中去解读，尤其关注“中国土地产权之谜”“刚性规划中的弹性空间”“市场化进程中的政府角色”“耕地保护的激励机制”等热点问题，并探究背后的理论逻辑。
