施工技术与组织
课程简介：本课程是专门为非土木工程背景的“工程管理”、“工程造价”、“工程经济”等专业开设的专业基础课。本课程将概括性的介绍建设施工过程中基本工艺流程及相关工艺之间的组织关系和现场管理方案，其核心宗旨，是通过各工程技术课程知识与各种施工工艺的集成化讲解与应用阐述，为建设项目的成本控制、进度控制、质量控制、合同管理、安全管理、组织协调等关键性管理工作或与之相关的课程提供综合性的工程技术基础。 因此本课程可以被视为是从各类工程技术的应用集成化，到各种工程管理工作的关键性枢纽，起到承前启后作用的关键性课程。
