课程简介：新制度经济学因对现实世界有较强的解释力，又被称为“真实世界的经济学”。产权、交易费用、契约等基本的新制度经济学概念，已经悄然成为阅读常见的财经新闻和媒体解读的认知基础。围绕制度问题展开的讨论，或在制度层面形成分析的结论，已经成为国内经济学界甚至是社会科学界常见的“思维范式”之一。
