课程简介：绩效与薪酬是工作质量的两个核心维度，代表着雇佣双方的价值主张和雇佣的稳定性。绩效的识别方式、薪酬的满意度决定着一个组织的竞争能力格局，同时也因其具有相当的模糊性和争议度，在工作实践中广受关注。《绩效与薪酬管理》是作为人力资源管理的核心课程建设，从系统的视角展现绩效与薪酬管理的战略逻辑、管理过程与核心实践，帮助学生从整体上把握绩效与薪酬管理的内核，从组织的核心能力发展和员工的社会价值需求的平衡中解决实践中的管理争议和难题。
