健美操
课程简介：健美操是一项普及性极强，深受学生们喜爱，集体操、舞蹈、音乐、健身、娱乐于一体的体育运动。本课程在传统健美操课堂教学的基础上，本着“授人以鱼不如授人以渔”的原则，结合《健美操》和《国家社会体育指导员职业培训教材》，从基础知识、基本技术和基本技能入手，着重培养同学们的实际操作能力。
