中国传统射箭
课程简介：射箭是中华民族传统文化最重要的代表性元素之一，从后羿射日到百步穿杨，中华文明的每个角落都闪烁着弓箭的光芒。作为中国古代礼乐文明的重要内容，射箭是中国古代儒家“六艺”教育体系的核心元素之一，历经千年积淀，形成了教育、体育、游艺、交流等多方面社会功能，形成了关于射箭的礼仪、装饰、竞技等一系列制度文化，以及大量相关文学艺术创作等，构成缤纷多彩，多元一体的文化体系。当下，射箭已经跃然成为中国优秀传统体育文化当代复兴的重要代表，是众多高校在传统体育项目开展中最受关注项目。他不仅仅含有体育的锻炼功能，更具备了中国传统文化的教化功能。
